Rudolph Steiner (of Waldforf and Anthroposophy) on Temperaments.

Melancholic Phlegmatic Sanguine Choleric
Build tall, bow headed, bony big, fleshy, rotund slender, elegant, well balanced bullnecked, upright, short legs, husky
Walk slow with a drooping, sliding gait plodding, ambling like a steamroller on toes, dances like butterfly firm, heels dig into ground with each step
Eyes tragic, mournful sleepy, often-closed lively, dancing, often blue* energetic, active
Food finicky, likes sweets eats most everything and always interested in food nibbles spicy
Clothing dark, drab, solid colors, difficult to please conservative new and colorful individual and outstanding

*Steiner says Sanguine eyes are often blue, whereas Greek's say brown
