D=T3I=T1
S=T2C=T4

MBTI in DISC categories

DISC = Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Cautious

My MBTI is INTJ / Melancholy and my DISC is C
both seem to indicate T4, but my appearance is more T2

Irenee Riter
Physicians and philosophers saw that there were extroverts and introverts, optimists and pessimists. Carl Jung saw four types:
Sanguine - Extroverted feeling type
Phlegmatic - Introverted feeling type
Choleric-  Extroverted thinking type
Melancholy - Introverted thinking type

This I can totally see!
Sanguine Spring T1 Phlegmatic Summer T2
Extroverted Feeling Introverted Feeling
ENFJ ENFP INFP INFJ
ESFJ ESFP ISFP ISFJ
Choleric Autumn T3 Melancholy Winter T4
Extroverted Thinking Introverted Thinking
ENTJ ENTP INTJ INTP
ESTJ ESTP ISTJ ISTP

The four humors have been expanded into widely studied characterization of people types called The Four Temperaments, which details the weakness and strengths of each type. Currently, in the field of personal color analysis, the Four Temperament types persist analogous with the Four Color Seasons.

SPRING / Sanguine   Associated with bright colors. Is enthusiastic, lively, cheerful, animated, expressive, bubbly, changeable, sincere, colorful and humorous. These are the PROMOTERS.
SUMMER / Phlegmatic   Associated with light colors. Is quiet, witty, kind, gracious, low-keyed, relaxed, giving, romantic, genteel, delicate, sympathetic, sensual, mannerly, happy, good listen. These are the SUPPORTERS.
AUTUMN / Choleric     Associated with muted colors. Is natural, strong willed, realistic, relatively unemotional, snappy, busy, organized, outspoken, independent, practical, dependable. These are the (CONTROLLERS).
WINTER / Melancholy   Associated with dark colors. Is poised, dignified, thoughtful, calm, serious, perfectionist, creative, philosophical, serene, sacrificing, sensitive, idealistic, faithful. These are the (ANALYZERS).
(Irenee has incorrectly misplaced the word controllers and analyzers, this is corrected version)

Four different sellers: promoters, supporters, controllers, analyzers

DISC
dominance===controller/director==driver(bottom-liner or get it done)
influence===promoter/socializer===expressive(get appreciated)
steadiness===supporter/relator==amiable(get along)
caution ===analyzer/thinker===analytical(systematic or get it right)

Wikipedia is not the best, but easy to find.

They are from the book of Myers-Briggs.

You can compare:

"ISTJ: Serious, quiet, earn success by concentration and thoroughness. Practical, orderly, matter-of-fact, logical, realistic, dependable. See to it that everything is well organized. Take responsibility. Make up their minds as to what should be accomplished and work toward is steadily, regardless of protests or distractions."

and:

"Pure Dreamlight: You are serious, quiet, and earn success through concentration and thoroughness. You are practical, orderly, matter of fact, logical, realistic and dependable. You see to it that everything is well organized. You like to make up your own mind as to what should be accomplished and work towards it steadily, regardless of protests and distractions."

same text!

My type: so far haven't found what it matches up with...

INTJ: Usually have original minds and great drive for their own ideas and purposes. In fields that appeal to them, they have a fine power to organize a job and carry it out with or without help. Skeptical, critical, independent determined, sometimes stubborn. Must learn to yield less important points in order to win the most important

Do you know what book that chart is from that compares the MBTI types, DISC types, and biblical characters?

It's interesting. I'm innately a D/I (with a lot of C), usually living as a D/C (with a lot of I). I'm also an ENTJ. But many people would be inclined to call me an ESTJ. I read Myers' book, and there's something of a criss-cross in the naming convention. It's kind of weird, but it works like this: I'm primarily an extroverted sensor. But I'm an introverted intuiter. And for whatever reason, they call that an ENTJ. The first letter pairs with the third and the second letter with the fourth, or something like that. I couldn't wrap my head around it quite fully enough to be able to retain/explain it.
