    I'm not sure I buy the way you equated the disc scores to the DYT types. I am a 4/1 (and dark winter) but my DISC score comes out with very high D and moderately high S, low C. Originally I expected to be a type 3, but there is a strong extroverted element to that type and I am an introvert (INTJ).

    I guess my point is that this (DISC) is the one scale on which there seems to be some dissonance when I look at the different scales and how I fit on them.
