Invent Your Image

I love these palettes from Invent Your Image by Lisa K. Ford. (click for larger)

I love how they all show which metals can be worn and also the dimensions of hue (cool/warm), value (light/dark), chroma (soft/bright).

Spring is a warm season, but only True Spring is warm skintone.  You could have neutral skintone in the other two subseasons.

True Spring: Vibrant, Alive, Radiant, Warm Skintone
Light Spring: Pale, Flaxen, Fair, Neutral Skintone
Bright Spring: Clear and Bright, Neutral Skintone
Autumn is a warm season, but only True Autumn is warm skintone.  You could have neutral skintone in the other two subseasons.
True Autumn: Tawny, Coppery, Metallic, Warm Skintone
Soft Autumn: Soft & Muted, Neutral Skintone
Dark Autumn: Rich, Dramatic, Dark, Neutral Skintone
Summer is a cool season, but only True Summer is cool skintone.  You could have neutral skintone in the other two subseasons.

True Summer:  Peaceful, Serene, Comforting, Cool skintone
Light Summer: Luminous & Light, Neutral Skintone
Soft Summer: Subdued & Delicate, Neutral Skintone

Winter is a cool season, but only True Winter is cool skintone.  You could have neutral skintone in the other two subseasons.
True Winter: Cool, Icy Elegant, Regal, Cool Skintone
Dark Winter: Strong & Mysterious, Neutral Skintone
Bright Winter: Lucid, Intense, Brilliant, Neutral Skintone
